Classic Builder’s Gives Back

At Classic Builders we are proud of the communities that we build in.  Giving back to the community has always been important to us.  In the past we have been happy to help with the Ankeny Community School District, Ankeny Miracle League Park, Ankeny Market & Pavilion, Toys for Tots, Meals for the Heartland, and Ankeny Little League.

This year we are vamping up our efforts to reach even more people.  Do you want to make a difference in your community or someone’s life? Join us in giving back! Check out our previous activities and learn how you can help!

Meals form the Heartland is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 made up of volunteers who package meals to malnourished people in Iowa, United States, and around the world.

Mission: Empowering people to save the starving.

Vision: Alleviate life-threatening hunger through education, engagement, and feeding.

Ankeny Community Schools:  We are proud to support our local schools activities department.

Mission: To provide services and leadership, in partnership with families, schools, and communities, that improve the learning outcomes and well being of all children and youth.

Values: Caring, Proactive, Collaborative, and Vision

Toys for Tots

Mission: Providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas.

Goal: Deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them into becoming responsible, productive, and patriotic citizens.

Ankeny Miracle League:  Came to Ankeny in 2015 with an inclusive park, baseball field and league for both youth and adult residents.

Mission: Provide opportunities for children with disabilities to play Miracle League baseball, regardless of abilities.  Promote community support and sponsorship of Miracle Leagues.  Promote the construction of special facilities that meet the unique needs of Miracle League players and their families.

Ankeny Market and Pavilion:

In 2016 we were able to donate for the construction of the AMP which is a 3.1 acre park that includes two pavilions, restrooms. You can check out the Uptown Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings!

Bondurant High School:

We were excited to have been given the opportunity to work with the Bondurant-Farrar School District in the 2017-2018 school year. Juniors and Seniors from the high school were able to learn about the home building process and see their learning come to life as they built their own home with the help of Classic Builders.

Learn more about the project HERE.

Ankeny Little League:  In 2017 Classic Builders had the opportunity to do general contracting of one of their building structures.

Mission: Fostering the ideals of sportsmanship, hard-work, and respect through our community-based youth baseball programs. Endeavor to support and develop these character traits within our participants, volunteers and guests within a safe, family-oriented environment.
